ELV & IT Infrastructure Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ELV & IT Infrastructure Sales Manager to drive business growth across Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ELV systems, IT infrastructure solutions, and project-based sales, with strong connections in the UAE market including contractors, consultants, system integrators, and facility management companies.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities for ELV solutions and IT infrastructure including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Networking, Servers, Storage, and AMC contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for ELV and IT Infrastructure solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients
• Promote ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Barriers, and Structured Cabling
• Promote IT Infrastructure solutions including Networking, Servers, Storage, Firewall, WiFi, and Cloud solutions
• Identify and secure AMC and project contracts
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site surveys
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for successful project delivery

Experience with leading brands such as Cisco, Dell Technologies, HP, and Hikvision is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years UAE experience in ELV and IT Infrastructure sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and IT infrastructure solutions
• Experience in project sales and AMC contracts
• Strong client network in Dubai and UAE
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
