The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the outsourcing and manpower supply industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base across the UAE. Key Responsibilities

 

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and secure new clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customised solutions for our clients.

Qualifications and Experience

 

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within the recruitment or manpower supply sector in the UAE.
• A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise, with an in-depth understanding of the sales process.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
