We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to guide, support, and inspire our team to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving performance and fostering collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

1. Team Management

  • Set performance targets and monitor KPIs
  • Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions
  • Resolve conflicts within the team

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop sales strategies to increase listings and closings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Support agents in closing high-value deals
  • Build relationships with clients and investors

3. Transaction Oversight

  • Ensure contracts comply with local regulations
  • Oversee property listings, marketing, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors
  • Ensure smooth closing processes

4. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Manage budgets and commission structures
  • Track sales performance and reporting
  • Maintain CRM systems and client databases
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws
