Role Overview

Jewellery Bride Arabia is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and oversee the company’s sales function. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can drive performance, secure high-value partnerships, and build a structured sales process that supports sustainable expansion.

The ideal candidate understands exhibitions, luxury markets, and relationship-based selling. This role carries direct responsibility for achieving revenue targets and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and implement structured sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance
  • Personally handle major accounts, key exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners
  • Build strong relationships with luxury brands, jewellery houses, and premium vendors
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Set KPIs and ensure disciplined tracking of targets and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and campaign conversion
  • Identify new market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies
  • Maintain a professional and high-performance sales culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior revenue-focused role
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of luxury, exhibitions, events, or jewellery industries (preferred)
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution ability
  • Experience managing high-value B2B partnerships
