Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Overview

Job Description

  • Handling incoming client inquiries in a professional manner and converting them into successful sales.

  • Presenting real estate properties to clients, providing clear and detailed information, and identifying client needs and expectations.

  • Preparing sales contracts, agreements, and all supporting documentation related to property transactions.

  • Supporting clients throughout legal and administrative procedures connected to buying and selling real estate.

  • Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, including active participation in negotiations.

  • Representing the company professionally and maintaining a strong market presence.

  • Ensuring a smooth, organized, and client-focused sales experience at all stages.


Job Requirements


  • Completed higher education.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to represent company interests effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and conduct.

  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to client needs.
