Infrastructure Systems Analyst

Job Purpose:

To analyze, design, and develop technical infrastructure solutions for the Organization while ensuring their efficiency and flexibility in supporting digital systems and digital transformation initiatives. The role aims to enhance operational performance, ensure system security and continuity, and keep pace with the latest innovations in networking, servers, and cloud computing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Analysis and Management

• Analyze infrastructure requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in managing and operating server systems, networks, and cloud storage environments.
• Support the development of strategies that enhance stability, efficiency, and technical reliability.

2. Performance Optimization and Data Management

• Monitor infrastructure performance indicators and analyze technical reports to improve efficiency.
• Propose effective data storage and management solutions to support digital operations.
• Apply modern technologies in networking and cloud infrastructure environments.

3. Cybersecurity and Risk Management

• Support the implementation of cybersecurity standards and controls within the infrastructure environment.
• Participate in executing backup plans and ensuring business continuity.
• Analyze technical risks and provide recommendations to enhance security and stability.

4. Digital Transformation Integration and Support

• Analyze and facilitate the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with digital transformation teams to provide flexible and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness to support digital expansion and institutional innovation.

5. Technical Support and Knowledge Development

• Provide technical analysis and support to ensure service continuity.
• Prepare documentation, guidelines, and user manuals for team members and end users.
• Stay updated with the latest technological trends and assess their relevance to the organization's needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in analyzing and managing technical infrastructure, or strong knowledge of networking systems, servers, cloud computing, and information security.
