Infrastructure Systems & Project Coordinator

Your role

The Infrastructure Systems & Project Coordinator supports data center infrastructure operations by managing system data integrity, project tracking, reporting, and procurement processes. You will oversee FNT database management, EMPS reporting tools, PO tracking, and SharePoint organization while supporting CAPEX and success-based infrastructure projects.

This role plays a key part in master planning and tracking End-of-Life (EOL) upgrades for UPS, PDU, RPP, and DC systems. You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure accurate documentation, reporting consistency, and timely project execution.

You’ll support a dynamic data center environment with ongoing infrastructure upgrades, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.


What you’ll do

• Process and track purchase orders and vendor quotes in accordance with company standards.

• Create and maintain power objects (RPP, PDU, UPS, BDCBB, DC Plant) within FNT.

• Perform circuit migrations and submit MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) requests.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct data discrepancies across systems.

• Generate and troubleshoot reports within EMPS platforms (FNT, Carma, Ignition, Invision, Opsview).

• Track CAPEX and success-based project milestones and provide status reporting.

• Support master planning for EOL infrastructure upgrades.

• Review electrical single-line diagrams and maintain capacity analysis spreadsheets.

• Document meeting minutes and track action items to completion.

• Conduct CPS product audits and maintain supporting documentation.

• Build and manage structured SharePoint environments for team collaboration.

• Coordinate shipping logistics and documentation.

• Submit and manage change management tickets and access requests.


What you’ll need

• Experience working with infrastructure databases and reporting systems.

• Strong organizational and project tracking skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with data center power infrastructure (UPS, PDU, RPP, DC systems).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
