Initiative Planner

Purpose of the role:

• Serve as the Supply Chain first point of contact on all innovation and renovation initiatives impacting the Snacks portfolio coming from Europe.
• Manage Supply Chain part of CPS for all initiatives coming from LSL ensuring alignment across local and regional stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Commercial and Marketing teams to validate supply readiness and support initiative success.
• Ensuring that the timeline is met for all initiative plans.

Your Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain planning, project management, or initiative management in the FMCG industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient English Language speaker
