Job Title: Injection Moulding Technician / Operator

Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 per month

Job Summary:

The Injection Moulding Technician/Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines to ensure smooth production and consistent product quality. The role includes troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation & Setup

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines according to production requirements.
• Change moulds, adjust parameters, and ensure proper machine settings.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow.

Production & Quality Control

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform visual checks and measurement checks during production.
• Record production data, machine parameters, and reports.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

• Identify and troubleshoot issues such as defects, machine faults, material flow problems, etc.
• Perform minor repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs.

Material Handling

• Load raw materials into machines and ensure correct usage.
• Monitor material waste and maintain efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in injection moulding operations.
• Knowledge of different plastic materials (PP, PE, ABS, PC, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand moulding parameters.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle fast-paced production environments.

Working Hours:

• Full-time; shift-based as per company schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
