About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Injection Moulding Operator to support our HDPE/PVC fittings manufacturing operations in Mesaieed. This role is critical in ensuring efficient machine operation, consistent product quality, and safe production of plastic fittings in line with production schedules and company standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating injection moulding machines, monitoring process parameters, and maintaining quality output while minimizing downtime and material wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Set up machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment under supervisor guidance.
• Monitor and control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, and cooling.
• Ensure produced fittings meet quality specifications, dimensions, and visual standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and coordinate with QC inspectors when required.
• Identify and report machine faults, mould issues, and product defects.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to reduce downtime and production loss.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, moulded products, and scrap.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around machines and work areas.
• Record production data, rejection reports, and shift logs accurately.
• Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and safe operating practices.
• Use PPE at all times and participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Support maintenance and mould change activities as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Production Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• Technical certificate, diploma, or equivalent industrial experience preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Operator, preferably in plastic fittings or piping manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with injection moulding machines and moulds.
• Knowledge of plastic materials such as HDPE, PVC, PP, or related polymers.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English communication required (Arabic is an advantage).
