Job Description: Oracle CC&B / C2M Functional Consultant
Overview
Seeking an expert-level Oracle Utilities Functional Consultant with specialization in Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), Customer to Meter (C2M),Customer Cloud Service (CCS), and OUAF Framework. The role involves leading supervision of functional design, solution architecture, and monitoring end-to-end implementation for Oracle C2M Utilities platforms, ensuring seamless integration with related systems .
Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Delivery: Analyze requirements, create blueprints, configure CC&B and C2M modules (billing, payments, meter reads, usage calculation, device management, VEE processes).
- C2M & OUAF Expertise: Design Business Objects, Service Scripts, Zones, Pages, Algorithms, and Batch processes.
- Integration: Work with MDM, WAM, CCS, AMI systems, CRM, payment gateways using SOAP/REST web services.
- Testing & Deployment: Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing; support data migration and go-live readiness checks .
- Leadership: Mentor consultants, conduct workshops, and collaborate with global teams.
Mandatory Skill sets:
- Experience: 10+ years in Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M), multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Skills: OUAF framework, Groovy scripting, Java algorithms, SQL, XML, Web Services.
- Domain Knowledge: Billing, payments, adjustments, rates, service orders, meter reads, usage rules.
- Soft Skills: Strong client-facing ability, leadership, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skill sets:
- Oracle Cloud (CCS) implementation experience.
- Exposure to Oracle Utilities Analytics, advanced VEE rules, Smart Meter data flows.
- Familiarity with CIS modernization, Agile/SAFe frameworks.
- Certifications in CC&B, C2M, or CCS.
Years of Experience required: 8-12 years
Edducation Qualifications: B.Tech/ MBA
