Innovation Consultant

About The Job

We are seeking an Innovation Consultant to address complex challenges across national and organizational initiatives. This role focuses on applying design thinking, structured ideation, and operational models to develop innovative physical and digital solutions. You will work closely with government entities, research institutions, and private-sector stakeholders to shape forward-looking strategies, improve execution, and drive measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Gap Analysis: Assess and analyze gaps in environmental compliance within national innovation frameworks.
• Design Thinking & Ideation: Apply innovation methodologies to drive sustainable regulation-aligned solutions.
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead ideation sessions to enhance organizational innovation capabilities.
• Operating Model Development: Design and propose models that integrate compliance, sustainability, and innovation.
• Solution Execution: Prototype and implement physical and digital solutions to address compliance challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with government bodies, research teams, and private sector leaders to advance innovation strategies.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights to strengthen national environmental governance through innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in innovation strategy, transformation initiatives, or structured problem-solving frameworks.
• Strong expertise in design thinking, ideation methodologies, and execution planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop both digital and physical solutions to complex organizational or systemic challenges.
• Experience working with governmental, regulatory, or large institutional stakeholders on national or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong capability to engage senior stakeholders, multidisciplinary teams, and decision-makers.
