Innovation Lead
- Knowledge of CPG Industry Innovations, new developments, upcoming technology such as AI, Cloud, Hyperscalers, Metaverse, NFT, Quantum, 5G etc.
- Awareness about the current trends of various CPG sub-segments such as Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Apparels and Footwear, Toys, and Consumer Electronics, etc.
- Ability to lead primary and secondary research on CPG Industry trends.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong visual and creative presentation skills
- Ability to take ownership proactively on various innovation initiatives.
