Role Overview:
Safqah Capital is a dynamic, CMA-licensed fintech platform specializing in Sharia-compliant financing solutions for real estate developers. The Innovation Lead owns a full product–market lifecycle inside Safqah’s New Initiatives Unit. You will build zero to one products that solve real pain points for developers and investors—such as slow unit exits, feasibility creation, data-driven land sourcing, or new investment channels. You will take an initiative from raw insight → MVP → revenue → product-market fit, then hand it over to the core team and move on to the next high-leverage opportunity. This is a role for someone with founder energy, product taste, analytical depth, and commercial grit—someone who is comfortable moving from zoning laws and underwriting to user interviews, Figma prototypes, pricing models, compliance coordination, and GTM execution in the same day
Key Responsibilities:
1.Problem Discovery & Strategy

Identify high-friction pain points in real estate development and investing

Conduct discovery research, interviews, and rapid insights gathering to articulate sharp problem statements

Prioritize opportunities using data, impact sizing, and feasibility considerations
2.MVP Design & Experimentation
-
Lead the creation of lean, testable MVPs with the smallest team necessary (Engineer + Product/UI/UX)

Define clear hypotheses, assumptions, and experiments based on the market context provided in the assessment (e.g., slow sell-through, buyer-side frictions)

Leverage Safqah’s internal stack:

o AI Layer (market & financial analysis)

o Data Intelligence Layer (market insights & forecasts)

o Arranging Engine (automated financing structures)
-
o Safeguard Engine (feasibility, scoring, risk)

o Platform channels & ecosystem partners
3.Product & Commercial Ownership
-
Own the P&L, unit economics, activation, retention, and conversion funnels

Design business models (pricing, take rate, success fees, subscription models)
-
Structure pilots, pre-commercial agreements, and early paid contracts
4.Execution & Delivery
-
Build fast prototypes, iterate behind feature flags, and launch revenue-generating MVPs

Track SLAs from developer requests to listing go-live (as noted in deliverables)

Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and data rules
5.Cross-Functional Leadership
-
Assemble and lead small, high-speed squads
-
Coordinate deeply with legal, compliance, arranging, engineering, and design

Drive alignment, solve blockers quickly, and communicate priorities clearly
6.Handover & Scaling
-
Document learnings, operational workflows, risks, and instrumentation

Prepare runbooks, dashboards, and KPIs

Transition validated products to core units for scaling
Technical Skills:

Product strategy and zero-to-one product development

MVP experimentation and hypothesis-driven execution

Financial modeling, underwriting, and unit economics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong plus, especially with a focus on strategy, entrepreneurship, or real estate
Experience:
-
7–10 years of experience in product management, innovation, or venture building, preferably within real estate, fintech, or proptech
-
3–5 years in a senior or leadership role, owning end-to-end product or initiative lifecycles
-
Hands-on experience taking products from zero → MVP → revenue → product-market fit.

Experience working in regulated environments, coordinating with legal, compliance, and licensing stakeholders

Strong commercial exposure, including pricing, unit economics, P&L ownership, and GTM execution
