Job Purpose
The Strategy and Innovation Manager will lead the design, governance, and execution of Juhayna's Innovation Roadmap across Consumer, HORECA/B2B, and internal markets, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, category growth plans, and innovation pipeline delivery.
This role bridges strategy with innovation execution - translating foresight and market intelligence into actionable roadmaps, creative concepts, and disciplined governance - ensuring innovation remains a profitable, consumer-led, and strategically anchored engine of growth.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Strategic Alignment & Roadmapping

Translate corporate and category strategies into 3-5-year Innovation Roadmaps for Consumer, HORECA, and Corporate Platforms / internal markets.

Map innovation priorities cross different categories and branching brands under the Core / More / Beyond More / Elevate framework to balance portfolio mix and profitability.

Integrate roadmaps with IBP" PMR&/BMR cycles for visibility and synchronization

Maintain and update the Innovation Master Map, ensuring linkage to brand equity, revenue streams, and capability needs.
Innovation Pipeline Management

Lead cross-functional innovation funnel: Ideation→ Concept → Feasibility → Launch → post-launch learnings.

Ensure every project has a validated business case, profitability model, and consumer-fit proof.

Supervise the Innovation Product Room Shelves (pipeline library) to ensure clarity, documentation, and discipline.

Conduct monthly roadmap reviews with CSIO and Innovation Steering Council (ISC).
Creative Concepting & Innovation Communication

Co-create creative concepts and narrative lens for new innovation ideas.

Translate technical ideas into emotionally resonant stories for Marketing & Corporate Communication.

Ensure all innovation briefs are built on strong consumer truths and differentiated value ladders.

Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to bring ideas to life through names, packaging, and brand storytelling.
Insights, Trends & Future Foresight

Collaborate with Insights and R&D teams to identify future innovation spaces and technologies.

Maintain a Trend-to-Concept Matrix linking foresight data to product ideation.

Conduct annual Foresight Forums to inspire cross-functional innovation thinking.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Serve as the bridge between Strategy, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance for all innovative decisions.

Facilitate ideation and roadmap calibration workshops.

Coach and mentor roadmap on innovation planning and concepting excellence.
What You Will Bring To The Role

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

+10 years of relevant business experience in strategic planning, innovation, brand management, or product development within the FMCG / Food & Beverage sector.
