Candidates should have strong capabilities in innovation management and experience working in consulting environments, particularly in projects related to Digital Government Authority (DGA) – Qiyas innovation requirements.
Requirements-
Support the development and implementation of innovation initiatives and programs within client organizations.

Participate in organizing and facilitating innovation workshops, ideation sessions, and hackathons.

Assist in designing innovative solutions aligned with organizational challenges and strategic objectives.

Contribute to the development of innovation frameworks, methodologies, and operational tools.

Support the documentation of innovation processes, reports, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of innovation activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Good understanding of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar frameworks.

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in innovation, consulting, or strategy-related roles.

Experience supporting workshops, innovation programs, hackathons.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).

Strong communication and presentation skills.
