Job Summary and Qualifications

• This position involves reviewing medical conditions from acute, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), homes, and assisted living facilities
• You will develop targeted growth plans and apply market analysis to uncover new business opportunities
• Your responsibilities will include educating the community, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs and services, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and resolving admission barriers to ensure seamless patient transitions

What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a PTA, COTA, LVN or LPN -OR-
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• 2+ years experience as a healthcare liaison preferred
• 2+ years experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Currently license as a registered professional nurse, or other licensed professional in specialty, in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation preferred
• Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
• Current drivers license in the employed state and an acceptable driving record as per company policy required
