PURPOSE: The Inside Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing communication between laundry operations and customers by providing proactive and professional customer service.
JOB SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for ensuring that the company goals and objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or laundry operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.

Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working in an industrial laundry environment (heat, humidity, noise).
