An Inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails in India region and abroad.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly revenue and lead generation quota.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Meeting all monthly quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meetings.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly/half yearly and annual sales goals.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
Requirements and skills
- Proven track record of inside sales, selling Salesforce services. (Good to have)
- 6 months- 2 years of inside sales experience, with a strong focus on IT Services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Prior knowledge/experience in selling Salesforce / cloud-based solution. (Good to have)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
