Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Telesales Executive (Arabic & English Speaker) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a solid understanding of logistics services, capable of converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities/ Sales & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to wholesale, retail, and B2B clients across the UAE and Iraq.
  • Qualify leads, present tailored logistics solutions, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare and share customized proposals for shipping, warehousing, and freight forwarding services.

Client Engagement

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, contributing to account growth.

Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay informed on trade regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide weekly sales performance reports and client feedback to management.
  • Support strategic planning by identifying new business opportunities and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B services.
  • Strong understanding of UAE–Iraq trade flows and logistics operations is preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent phone etiquette, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage call logs and sales pipelines.

Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah prior to joining
