**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling electrical products and solutions to customers primarily over the phone and through electronic communications.

**Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the lighting industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of electical products and industry trends

**Responsibilities:**
  • Reach out to potential customers to present electrical products and solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate pricing
  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product offerings
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Comfortable with making outreach calls and handling objections
