Job Overview
We're seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional to join our small family business in wholesale HVAC Filters! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, engaging with current and potential clients through outbound calling. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive growth by building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and understanding their needs and expanding ourB2B markets. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage in B2B sales conversations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring mutual satisfaction
  • Set up own CRM or experience QuickBooks Lead module to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to communicate their value effectively

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service
  • Compassionate communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and outbound calling techniques
  • Experience setting up your own CRM through Excell to nurture your leads and sales.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development is a plus
  • Desire to make field calls if necessary

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
