Inside Sales Representative – Medical Devices (Oxygen & Sleep Therapy)
Location: Phoenix, AZ – in office, full-time

We are American Medical Sales & Rentals, a leading direct‑to‑consumer reseller of oxygen and sleep therapy equipment. This is a high‑volume, phone‑based sales role working warm leads who have already expressed interest in our products.

What you’ll do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into paying customers over the phone
  • Manage a steady pipeline from first contact through close and follow‑up
  • Educate customers on oxygen and sleep therapy equipment and recommend solutions
  • Consistently hit and exceed daily activity and monthly revenue targets
  • Use our CRM, soft phone, and chat tools to keep notes, track deals, and manage your book of business

Must‑have background (please read before applying)

We are only considering candidates who can point to real performance in competitive environments, such as:

  • 1+ year in a quota‑carrying sales role (inside sales, outbound, retail with clear targets, etc.), or
  • Significant experience in a highly competitive setting (college or serious club athletics, military, door‑to‑door sales, commission‑only roles, or similar) with clear performance results.

You should be able to answer questions like:

  • What was your quota or target?
  • Where did you rank on your team?
  • What specific results did you deliver?

If you cannot answer those questions with concrete examples, you will not be a match for this role.

  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and comfortable with daily/weekly metrics
  • Organized in managing a high volume of leads and follow‑ups
  • Comfortable using multiple systems at once (soft phone, CRM, online chat, email)

  • Shifts may start as early as 7:00 am and as late as 12:00 pm and rotate weekly
  • Weekend availability required
