The BoldSign & BoldDesk Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Syncfusion’s e-signature and helpdesk solutions. This role involves engaging with a diverse range of clients to understand their specific needs and demonstrate how our cutting-edge products can optimize their operations and boost productivity.

The Account Manager will actively engage with warm, real-time leads, articulating the value of our solutions and creating a strong initial impression. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with responsibility for managing a personal pipeline and taking full ownership of day-to-day activities. Flexibility across time zones is expected in a hybrid work environment. Additionally, the Account Manager will identify and act on opportunities to upgrade recent transactions, maximizing revenue through strategic upselling.
