Duties

  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives and generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions, update account information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations that highlight the value proposition of our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a strategic mindset toward expanding client accounts.
  • Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics to refine approaches and optimize results.
