Account Specialist & Partner Development ( Inside Sales)

Job Summary:
As a member of the account management team, your role involves offering services to support customers in expanding their businesses and delivering effective solutions. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for up to 20 business development calls (i.e., mixture of cold calling prospective partners and existing partners)
- Selling skills necessary to identify opportunities, position solutions, and close deals.
- Build and maintain profitable, consultative relationships through multiple vendors, customers, channel partners.
- Achieves individual sales and profitability goals while maintaining a consistent level of customer service across all Jenne customers.
- Understands and articulates Jenne’s Value Add to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identifies and develops new accounts that desire market entry into innovative technology spaces, while aggressively increasing and securing market share with existing account bases
- Analyze the technological demands of the customer to determine their business needs.
- Identifies both long- and short-term business opportunities and engage appropriate internal/external resources to capitalize on opportunities.
- Determines technical and business requirements through effective questioning.
- Effectively manages sales pipeline by updating milestones and closing dates.
- Assists customers with problem resolution. May be required to cover teammates accounts in their absence.
- Maintain the latest sales and vendor training credentials as deemed necessary by management.
- Provide sales quotes, places orders provide logistics support accurately and efficiently.
- Become proficient with company tools (quote tools, pipeline, ERP system)
- Familiarity with CRM systems

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree desirable or equivalent sales experience
- Previous experience in telephony, data networking, premise security or video/audio conferencing preferred and/or distribution sales experience.
- Experience handling high volumes of inbound/outbound sales calls.
- Proficient in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Travel: Ability to travel up to 5% percent of the time, overnight stays may be expected
Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for a long period of time.
- Ability to lift 10lbs.
- This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
- Ability to travel up to 5% percent of the time.
