This role focuses on converting a high volume of leads into scheduled appointments through personalized and consistent follow-up.

As an Inside Sales Agent, your efforts will have a direct impact on the team’s success. You will take full responsibility for managing leads and implementing a systematic approach to maximize conversion rates. Tracking your productivity and sales metrics will be essential, with regular accountability meetings to review progress.

This position requires excellent organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle a continuous influx of leads, along with the necessary documentation, assignment, and follow-up processes. Trustworthiness is critical, as you will serve as the team’s initial point of contact and have access to confidential information related to associates, clients, and financial matters.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Expected First Year Earnings: $80,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through email, phone, and other communication channels to build the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Provide detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team, tracking progress toward company objectives
  • Assess incoming leads to schedule appointments with realtors and field agents, ensuring prompt follow-up and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to grow the client base
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain an updated and comprehensive list of leads, supporting agents throughout the listing and closing stages
  • Oversee the sales database throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to facilitate fiduciary responsibilities from initial contact through listing agreements or buyer consultations
  • Nurture sales inquiries to convert prospects into scheduled appointments
  • Follow established scripts to effectively communicate the team’s value proposition and address objections
  • Qualify leads by gathering detailed information on motivation, competition, and financial status to assist real estate agents
  • Maintain and manage the sales database to ensure smooth operations and rigorous lead tracking
  • Stay informed on current real estate market trends and integrate this knowledge into daily activities
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate brokerage services

  • Real estate license or prior real estate experience is advantageous
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in cold calling is beneficial
