Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Place a minimum of 400 outbound and inbound calls per week to prospective and existing clients, with a weekly goal of 15 appointments set.
  • Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and recommend tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts using Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate records, follow-ups, and updates on client interactions.
  • Document all call activity and client interactions in Salesforce, including accurate notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks.
  • This is an on-site position based in Albany, NY; employees are required to report to the Albany office daily. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base, supporting revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns that generate leads and boost customer engagement.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support project management tasks related to onboarding new clients or implementing software solutions efficiently.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and account management strategies to support client success.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.

Pay: $39,075.24 - $49,101.37 per year
