Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator - Call Center

Job Overview
This is a newly created position designed to centralize inbound call handling across multiple MOBO office locations and manage incoming web leads using technology for qualification and tracking. Rather than being office-based, this role operates as an internal call center and inside sales function—serving as the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients reaching out by phone, web form, or digital inquiry.

The Inside Sales and Marketing Coordinator will develop deep knowledge of all MOBO services and be responsible for converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments, coordinating patient scheduling across multiple offices, supporting outbound lead follow-up, and assisting the marketing team with campaign coordination and content. This role is full time M–F with occasional weekend or evening availability for events and trainings.
