Role Overview

As a Leads Management Associate, you’ll be the key link between potential clients and our business team. You’ll ensure every lead is effectively managed, tracked, and nurtured through timely communication and proactive engagement helping convert prospects into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and update incoming leads in real time through our CRM and other tracking tools.

Coordinate demo sessions and ensure clients join on time.

Track and manage follow-ups with potential clients.

Call existing leads to schedule or confirm their consultation sessions.

Take insights and feedback from sales

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
