Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound channels
* Engage and consult customers with clarity, product knowledge, and strong communication
* Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients
* Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to closure with timely follow-ups
* Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering effective solutions
* Work with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
Skills & Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, luxury/lifestyle products, real estate, or wellness industry (preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills
* Strong customer handling and relationship management experience
* Target-driven, disciplined, and accountable approach to work
* Proficiency in handling objections and resolving customer concerns
* Stable work record and target-oriented mindset
* Quick learner with problem-solving mindset & positive attitude
* Experience in sales CRM tools is a plus
OJT (On-the-Job Training) Terms
* 15-day structured OJT & performance evaluation period
* Minimum of 2 confirmed unit sales required during OJT
* Final confirmation & CTC based on performance
* High performers during OJT will be confirmed and will become eligible for the offered CTC
