Inside Sales Associate

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 base salary DOE + bonus opportunities


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Answer inbound calls, texts, web inquiries, and follow-up opportunities from prospective clients
  • Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming, professional, and confident first impression
  • Guide potential clients through the intake process with empathy, urgency, and professionalism
  • Communicate the value of the firm’s services and convert qualified leads into paid consultations
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients who have not yet booked or retained
  • Handle objections professionally and help potential clients feel confident taking the next step
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes, lead statuses, and activity tracking in the CRM
  • Track referral sources, consult bookings, and conversion activity
  • Meet and exceed performance expectations related to responsiveness, follow-up, booking, and conversion
  • Partner closely with attorneys and leadership to support a smooth handoff and strong client experience
  • Help improve intake workflows, scripts, and overall conversion performance over time

Qualifications:
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, intake, customer service, call center, or another client-facing role
  • Proven ability to build trust, guide conversations, and close appointments or sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to speak with people who may be stressed or emotional
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond confidently in live conversations
  • Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and professionalism
  • Legal, family law, or professional services experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
