Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Follow up on leads and maintain a clear record of client interactions in Toolyt.

Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead progression.

Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up reports, and sales documentation.

Understand Toolyt’s platform and explain basic product features to prospects.
Requirements

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client communication.

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Confident in conversations, with a positive and persuasive attitude.

Good at maintaining records and using tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.

Quick learner with a genuine interest in technology and software sales.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction are eligible.
