We also operate ReNewIt by Kurtis, our cabinet transformation division specializing in cabinet refacing. ReNewIt provides homeowners with a faster, more convenient alternative to traditional kitchen remodeling, often transforming kitchens in just a few days.

Position Overview

Kurtis Kitchen & Bath is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Call Center Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will speak with homeowners who have expressed interest in updating their kitchens or bathrooms and help guide them toward the next step in the process by scheduling in-home design consultations.

This position plays an important role in our sales process by qualifying leads, building rapport with homeowners, and booking appointments for our design consultants. You will schedule consultations for both Kurtis Kitchen & Bath remodeling projects and ReNewIt by Kurtis cabinet refacing services.

This is a position based out of our Livonia office.

Schedule

This position requires the following schedule:

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners interested in remodeling services
  • Qualify leads and determine the homeowner’s project goals
  • Schedule and confirm in-home design consultations
  • Follow up with homeowners who have previously expressed interest in remodeling
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Provide a professional and positive experience on every call
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and prepared

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Previous experience in inside sales, call center, or appointment setting preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and guide conversations toward scheduling appointments

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $18 per hour
  • Opportunities for performance incentives based on appointments set
