Inside Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about skincare and love building relationships? We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Consultant to join our team and support licensed beauty professionals by helping them grow their business through education, product knowledge, and exceptional service.

In this remote role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts— you’ll use a consultative, education-driven sales approach, increasing product sell-through, expanding assortments, and driving customer success. No travel is required.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet & exceed sales KPIs: Grow revenue within an existing portfolio of salons, spas, and skincare professionals by achieving targets in replenishment, product mix expansion, and promotional campaign execution through consistent, value-driven outreach.
  • Sell in & drive sell-through: Support ongoing account success by recommending the right product assortment, helping integrate offerings into service menus, and driving retail performance through education and tailored sales strategies. Review Sales Reports to drive sell in and sell through by supporting on going services
  • Educate & empower accounts: Provide training materials on product knowledge and treatment protocols to ensure accounts are confident in both professional and retail applications—using webinars, video calls, and digital tools.
  • Educate partners on Glo Skin Beauty sales programs and support the execution of and implementation of sales support.
  • Maximize virtual engagement: Conduct proactive phone, video, and email outreach to maintain regular contact with your book of business, offer consultative support, and respond quickly to account needs—no travel required.

  • Build lasting B2B relationships: Act as a trusted partner to licensed beauty professionals by offering personalized service, business insights, and ongoing support aligned with their unique goals and clientele.
  • Manage your territory like a business: Maintain a healthy pipeline of reorders and growth opportunities by leveraging CRM tools for activity tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Stay organized and data-driven.Add a bullet about conducting business meetings with web leads and spa partners to learn about their business model, spa sales and potential partnership opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Field Sales, Education, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on account needs, share insights, and drive overall territory performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
  • Genuine passion for skincare and wellness, with a desire to support and educate licensed beauty professionals
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills—comfortable managing accounts via phone, video, and email
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage and grow existing accounts independently
  • Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools; highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail


Working Conditions:

  • Remote schedule supported, per company policy
  • Physical activities include sitting at a computer for long periods of time, using a telephone, using office equipment such as a copier, occasionally lifting small boxes of products or documents
  • Work may occur before/after normal business hours
  • Physical activities include carrying boxes, listening and speaking with clients, demonstrating product use, using computer and phone

Compensation & Benefits: The salary for this role is $ 55,000-65,000

  • PTO Accrual: 4.75-7.75 hours earned per pay period, based on tenure

  • Sick Leave: 2 hours earned per pay period, bank of 2 days to start, capped at 10 days
  • Bereavement Leave: Up to 6 days
