Inside Sales Representative

About Us

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners for cash. We work with people who want to sell fast — no agents, no fees. We're growing and need a motivated phone sales pro in Egypt to help us find more deals.

What You'll Do

• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day using a manual dialer
• Call homeowners from our existing lead database (mix of cold and warm leads)
• Qualify sellers and find out if they're motivated to sell
• Set appointments for the owner to visit the property and sign a contract
• Log all call notes and follow-ups in our CRM
• Submit a daily call report at end of shift
• Must be able to work on Pacific Standard Time

Your job is not to close the deal — it's to book the appointment.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and natural (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong phone sales skills — you stay calm, handle objections, and don't give up easily
• Able to make 150+ calls per day consistently, every day
• Comfortable using a dialer, CRM, Google Sheets, and basic communication tools
• At least 1 year of phone sales or cold calling experience (real estate is a plus)
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work California (Pacific) time hours
• Quiet workspace, reliable computer, and stable internet

Pay

• $4.00 USD/hr (~217 EGP/hr)
• Full-time = ~$640/month USD (~34,700 EGP/month)
• Performance bonuses available
