NOV Cairo are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team and help drive our sales performance across existing and new accounts. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service while maximizing revenue opportunities and supporting NOV's strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local sales plans aligned with NOV’s global sales strategy and customer growth objectives.
- Manage weekly and monthly sales activities including client visits, lead follow-ups, and quotation tracking.
- Evaluate customer inquiries, prepare accurate and competitive quotations, and manage the sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.
- Act as a customer advocate internally, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure on-time and cost-effective solutions.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities and leads, while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct contract reviews in collaboration with the Legal team, managing clarifications and exceptions as necessary.
- Continuously seek to improve internal processes to elevate customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product and service development.
Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 5 years relevant experience
Skills:
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills
- Technical understanding of drilling equipment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
