Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying customer needs and providing suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, applications, and compatibility
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate solution design
• Review customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or system configurations
• Assist in bid preparation, RFQs, and tender documentation
• Conduct product demonstrations (virtual or in-office) when required
• Maintain CRM records, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Follow up with clients to support deal closure and post-sales coordination
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
• Strong technical understanding of products/systems relevant to the industry
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
