Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support business growth by generating leads through cold calling, lead nurturing, and converting warm leads into successful sales. The role also involves assisting with marketing activities to boost brand awareness and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on warm leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and track lead status.
  • Support sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategy.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales or telemarketing experience in UAE (B2B or B2C).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
