Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
- Converting and developing incoming leads that are coming through company marketing initiatives
- Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls
- Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs
- Report on sales activity
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up) on the CRM
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience of 2 years in selling industrial products
- Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
- Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales
- Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
- Energetic and result orientated
