Inside Sales Executive

AABTools is seeking for dynamic inside sales individuals who have a complete command over the trade of selling industrial products and also are great at building lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with customers
  • Converting and developing incoming leads that are coming through company marketing initiatives
  • Assisting customer requests through emails & phone calls
  • Conducting timely follow ups on open opportunities to ensure that sales objectives are met
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
  • Developing strong customer relationships during and after the sales occurs
  • Report on sales activity
  • Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions (adding and updating opportunities for effective follow up) on the CRM
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of 2 years in selling industrial products
  • Positive relationship building skills – cultivates and nurtures customer relations
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business
  • Tactful and smart to handle customers objections and present solutions and options to close sales
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to succeed in all situations
  • Energetic and result orientated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

  • Selling Industrial Supplies: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sales Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
