About the Role: We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and offering solar solutions that add value.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms Engage with customers to explain solar products and services Share quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures Maintain customer records in CRM and achieve monthly sales targets Coordinate with the technical/operations team for smooth execution Requirements: Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred) 0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling (solar industry experience is a plus) Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Target-driven and self-motivated personality Perks: Fixed salary + attractive incentives Career growth in renewable energy Training & supportive work culture
