Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain services to potential clients.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and nurture them through the decision-making process.
  • Maintain and update lead records in CRM for accurate tracking.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow and campaign feedback.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, and offers.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,358.88 - ₹35,137.70 per month
