About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
