Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Promote and sell Payplex’s fintech products, including:
- Hardware: POS machines, kiosks, SoundBox, mATMs.
- Software: Payment gateways, API solutions, eKYC, mobile apps, SaaS tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
- Conduct product demos and presentations for merchants, banks, NBFCs, and corporates.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and support) for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
- Represent Payplex at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in fintech, BFSI, or payment solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital payments, AEPS, UPI, POS, and fintech solutions is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
