Inside Sales Executive

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell Payplex’s fintech products, including:
  • Hardware: POS machines, kiosks, SoundBox, mATMs.
  • Software: Payment gateways, API solutions, eKYC, mobile apps, SaaS tools.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for merchants, banks, NBFCs, and corporates.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, and support) for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
  • Represent Payplex at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience in fintech, BFSI, or payment solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital payments, AEPS, UPI, POS, and fintech solutions is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
