Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for IT/Software/HR/Outsourcing services.
- Understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
- Schedule meetings/demos with potential clients and support senior sales team in closures.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and prepare periodic reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales (minimum 1 year).
- Industry exposure in IT / Software / Human Resource / Outsourcing preferred.
- MBA preferred (not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and lead generation ability.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
