Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Company: Trueview Technologies Pvt Ltd

Location: Navi Mumbai (preferably candidates near Millennium Business Park)

Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for IT/Software/HR/Outsourcing services.
  • Understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
  • Schedule meetings/demos with potential clients and support senior sales team in closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM and prepare periodic reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales (minimum 1 year).
  • Industry exposure in IT / Software / Human Resource / Outsourcing preferred.
  • MBA preferred (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and lead generation ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
