  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities to the manager.
