Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at RR FinMart Pvt. Ltd. The role involves connecting with leads, understanding customer financial needs, and promoting suitable financial products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate financial solutions

Maintain and update client information in the system

Follow up with leads to ensure closures

Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements:

Any graduate (B.Com preferred)

Good communication & soft skills

Basic understanding of financial products (preferred, not mandatory)

Freshers can apply

Age: 20–30 years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Mode: On-site (Pune)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,412.08 - ₹25,000.00 per month
