Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, handling inquiries, and driving conversions through follow-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain product/service details clearly.
  • Update and maintain CRM with lead interactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for site visits / demos when required.
  • Provide excellent customer experience and ensure timely responses.
  • Soft targets only (no hard target pressure).

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 3 years of inside sales or telecalling experience (real estate / construction preferred)(Fresher Can also apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections calmly and confidently.
  • Basic computer knowledge & CRM handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
