Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience (preferred) — tele-sales, or inside sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (optional but good to have).
• Confident, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.
