Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Lahore
Contractual: (5 Year - Extendable)
Responsibilities:

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and mainly outbound cold calls and emails.

Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and industry trends to tailor sales approaches accordingly.

Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Key Account Manager for further development and closure.

Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Sales team Lahore.

Actively engage with clients through various channels (phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.) to understand their requirements.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the management team.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Proven experience of 1-2 years in customer service and business development, preferably in the IT industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at various levels of seniority.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on sales performance.
